Route
The 10k Road Race starts on Holymoor Road, Holymoorside near the Village Hall and runs uphill up Loads Road for 2.5km passing through scenic Derbyshire countryside to Longside Moor. The route undulates across the moor before turning left into Harewood Road from where there is a fast, downhill finish into the village taking in the stunning scenery of Harewood Road along the way. The route ends in the playing field behind the village hall.
The course record was set in 2010 with an impressive time of 33.29.
